Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit, all products must be carefully inspected at the time of delivery.
1. Quality Claims
Any claim related to quality, condition, ripeness, physical damage, or non-conformity with the order must be made at the time of delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted, no subsequent claims will be accepted.
2. Returns
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The claim is made immediately at the time of delivery.
- The product has not been handled, stored, or processed.
- The claim is validated by our quality team.
3. Claim Procedure
- The customer must immediately notify the delivery personnel or the sales representative of the claim.
- Photographs or evidence of the product’s condition at the time of delivery may be required.
- Once the case has been evaluated, a product replacement or credit note may be issued, as applicable.
4. Exclusions
Claims or returns will not be accepted for:
- Damage caused by improper handling, inadequate storage, or delays after delivery.
- Natural changes in the fruit due to its normal ripening process.
